Wool Farm Crafts is a farm business in Grantsburg (Trade Lake) Wisc. We offer wool and wool products from our own flock of 50 sheep plus their lambs, this includes Corriedale ewes and rams and 3 llama. Oh yes, we also have 3 angora bunnies, if things go good we will have angora fiber to sell. Young and old enjoy coming to the farm to see the animals, and how the wool is washed, dyed with natural dyes, picked, carded, and spun. We also offer classes in spinning, Triangle Loom weaving, felting, knitting, quilting and Natural dying. We have natural and natural dyed carded wool for Spinning and for both the wet and needle felters, also kits. Our Online Store has Wool, Kits, Supplies, and more being added, so check it out! Our Wool Products and Services
We will be at the Wis. Sheep and Wool Festival Sept. 5-7. I will demo the 7 foot Adjustable Triangle Loom and have the 4 colors there, If you know you want a loom let me know before Aug. 19th. We will have lots of wool and other fiber art supplies. If there is something from Ashford or wool that you want please e-mail me before Aug.26th. Come visit us at the featival! Remember we do not sell on Saturday, that is Kids Day. Teachers, we make up great bundles at a great priece, call or email us. NEW for this year!! Half 4oz bundles of carded wool for $5.00, also 6oz. bundles. An assortment of 10 different colored batts for $10.00, for wet & needle felting. Wet felting package of 5 colors 3oz. each, make hats, scarves and more. Also for the wet felters, wool kits for making hats or scarves, there is 5oz. of one main color and wool to decorate with (6 colors). Sample of the colors are in the picture at right plus purples. We carry the Ashford spinning wheels, drum carders, and looms. There are many options for the different wheels so feel free to use the toll free number for more info.
